The Bible tells the story of the Good News of Jesus, and keeping the Gospel at the center of our ministry is fundamental to the workings of our church. The redemptive plan of God is the grid through which we see ministry and it shapes how we interact with our community.

Sound in Worship
When we gather for worship, we do so by singing Gospel-centered songs of praise, caring for one another and submitting to the Word of God. We stand firm on the Truth of the Bible because it’s inspired by God and used to equip us for every good work.

Intentional in Community
We follow Biblical examples of how to love our brothers and sisters in Christ and serve one another in Christian community. In a culture that moves us into isolation we strive to be intentional about embracing others. We encourage our members to be involved in small groups and other ways to grow in the knowledge of the Scripture.

Committed to Mission
Jesus calls us to “go and make disciples” where we are. We are committed to the northeast quadrant of Lincoln, Nebraska, and most specifically to the Havelock community and are so desirous to saturate it with the incredible news of Jesus!

We strive to live in a grace-filled community that loves well and forgives quickly, acknowledging our sin but resting in His grace. We hope to be aware of our daily need of God’s empowering and sustaining grace as we work to extend that grace to each other.
