Frozen or Faithful

Last week in our studies in Exodus, we saw God appear to Moses and call him to go back to Egypt and lead His people out. Yet, having seen God’s presence, heard God’s personal name, and received God’s promise (a veritable guarantee of success), Moses still has objections. As chapter 4 will show, Moses' objections will eventually reveal his paralyzing doubt and incite the righteous anger of God. So, why is Moses so anxious? Why is he so frozen with fear? And friends, why are we so much like him?

We'll answer these questions as we study Moses' epic encounter with God at the burning bush.
