As we continue our study in Exodus, we come to the 3rd chapter and to the moment when God will officially call and commission Moses to the task of being the human mediator in the deliverance of Israel from Egypt. But, Moses immediately balks at the idea...and, at least initially, I think we would all say that he balks for good reason. But, his opening questions serve us a chapter that is epically revelatory of God.
